ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and enterprise systems.

InfoBeans is a CMMI Level 5 global digital transformation partner delivering high-impact solutions across AI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, Cloud Engineering, and Big Data Analytics.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and at least four years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

Responsibilities include leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, GRC, and CSM.

• Technical skills include proficiency in ServiceNow development and architecture JavaScript Glide Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies ACLs Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs integration strategies and external system architecture CMDB Service Portal Performance Analytics and enterprise data models.

We require collaboration with IT and business leaders to understand requirements and propose impactful ServiceNow solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap alignment.
