About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our client base. ">

  • Lead the technical design of ServiceNow solutions that align with architecture standards and business goals.
  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow architecture roadmap and ensure platform scalability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and security standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of internal and client staff and management. About Our Benefits
