Position Overview:

The Reporting Services organization within SAP Concur provides data analytics consultation, report-writing services, and training to customers using Concur hosted software applications like Concur Travel & Expense and Concur Invoice.

The Reporting Consultant will manage client portfolios and work with each client to develop reporting strategies, recommending best practices for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases. For client-requested reports, the Consultant will gather business requirements, design and write reports or dashboards, and distribute results throughout the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Concur's reporting module for expense, invoice, and travel modules.
• Manage customer relationships and develop reporting strategies.
• Build, modify, and maintain custom reports according to customer business requirements.
• Manage customer expectations regarding reporting deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting milestones, and delivering high-quality results.
• Communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer.
• Update progress in SAP Concur's project tracking tool.
• Work on support cases from the reporting queue through to resolution.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur's reporting module, implementation practices, and methodologies.
• Adhere to corporate policies, including data security, compliance, audit, etc.

Requirements:

• Education: Business Admin (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS) or equivalent experience.
• At least 2+ years' consulting or related customer-facing role experience.
• At least 2+ years' work experience with data reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions.
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft applications, including Excel (VBA) and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance.
