Business Analyst for ServiceNow
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, gathering and documenting requirements across various IT, HR, and Security Incident Response modules. Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
- Developing clear and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborating with ServiceNow developers to design feasible solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and delivered solutions. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on ServiceNow experience focusing on ITSM, HR, and SIR modules.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proficient with ServiceNow platform functionality and modules (ITSM, HR, SIR).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and user story creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
