IT ServiceNow Developer

The role of a ServiceNow Developer requires collaboration with multiple Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions teams to integrate, support, and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.

They should also be familiar with web technologies such as JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS, as well as front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain configuration management inventory using ServiceNow CMDB discovery process
• Educate technical stakeholders about tools, policies, and processes
• Create self-service support articles
• Ensure exceptional service at every customer interaction point Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
• Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
• Front-end framework experience, including React or Angular
• Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development
• Linux Operating Systems experience, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages, including Bash, and managing code using repositories or processes such as GitLab or GitHub
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
