Job description
Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM SME
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Roles Responsibilities:
- 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
- Good Understanding of implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
- Help in identifying issues gathering data analyzing and presenting solutions
- Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions
- Help in reducing implementation efforts
- Capture business and user requirements as stories for agile shops
- Ensure requirements are understood developed tested and delivered to specification
- Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify prioritize model and document business process and data requirements
- Represent project stakeholders throughout planning development and release processes
- Work with the platform team to develop release estimates
- Design and develop a end to end data alignment process document including CMDB CSDM process and procedures
- Ensure all client environment specific requirements are captured in the process and procedures
- Present the process and procedures to stakeholders and obtain a sign off
- Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures
Certifications
- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Service Mapping Discovery various tracks
