Job Summary We are on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Architect who will spearhead the design of innovative ServiceNow solutions tailored to align with client business needs. This role synthesizes deep platform expertise with consultative leadership within presales, solution creation, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, architecting solutions that optimize value across the ServiceNow landscape.
This position offers the flexibility of a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presales Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend client requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Design and present customized ServiceNow solutions that address both business and technical needs.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to analyze existing environments and uncover modernization opportunities.
- Lead the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure client alignment.
- Solution Development:
- Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Clearly communicate ServiceNow licensing requirements.
- Produce comprehensive technical proposals, from solution architecture to implementation roadmaps and cost estimates.
- Drive revenue growth in the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and enhancing service offerings.
- Technical Demonstrations:
- Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing key features of ServiceNow.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Address technical concerns and objections throughout the presales process.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams for consistent solution development and successful project handoffs.
- Engage with SHI sales teams for a cohesive approach to service delivery and client engagement.
- Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow features and updates in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Mentor sales teams on the technical advantages of ServiceNow services.
- Guide clients and SHI teams with thought leadership on best practices and technology trends.
- Contribute to practice development by identifying growth opportunities and leading innovation initiatives.
- Establish and uphold practice standards to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on services solution development and revenue growth within Professional Services.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at conveying technical solutions to varying stakeholder levels.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions within budget parameters using a consultative approach.
- Experience in drafting SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Technical degree, or equivalent relevant experience in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow.
- 7+ years of experience with technology solution migration.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%.
Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $128,000 to $200,000, with estimated on-target earnings (OTE) including base salary and bonuses or commissions ranging from $160,000 to $250,000. Compensation is contingent upon job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, and may vary from candidate to candidate. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
