We are looking for a ServiceNow expert to lead and guide our clients through complex ServiceNow implementations while providing insights on best practices. In this role, your ambition, independence, and mentorship abilities will play a vital role in developing our team of developers and business process consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding customer-critical business issues, requirements, and outcomes.
• Drafting comprehensive solutions (Design/Build/Manage) while defining project scope, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Incorporating IBM best practices and accelerators to optimize ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
