As a seasoned Senior Technical Analyst/Architect, you will serve as the primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
You will have a deep understanding of the current class manager structure and be able to identify and remove unwanted custom classes using standard procedures.
Your responsibilities will include gathering business services and associated application services lists and details from client teams, as well as coordinating with application and infrastructure teams to understand all layers of technology stacks that input into event management and service maps.
You will analyze the status of the instance and prepare project plans to apply the CSDM model in the environment.
In this role, you will define technical solutions at an architectural and design level of detail, aligned with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management.
You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, study the current configuration, and translate it into solutions.
Key areas of expertise include implementing various IT Service Management processes, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog, while adhering to ITIL process definitions.
A strong background in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, and Project Management is required.
This role also involves working on End-to-End implementation of the CMDB module using Discovery tool in ServiceNow.
Responsibilities also include evaluating tool stability and performance, providing recommendations, participating in planning meetings, reviewing and analyzing application issues, defining and documenting best practices, and staying up-to-date with new ServiceNow modules.
