About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs across various ServiceNow modules. Your role will be pivotal in accelerating platform adoption and capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for ServiceNow users
• Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Create and manage content within ServiceNow's knowledge base
• Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Certified ServiceNow Authorized Product Trainer
• Expertise in designing and delivering effective training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in creating and managing content within ServiceNow's knowledge base
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting
