About The Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs across various ServiceNow modules. This role will play a pivotal part in accelerating platform adoption and capability development within the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching both technical and non-technical audiences, with expertise in creating and managing content within ServiceNow's knowledge base. They will also possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting. • Requirement #1: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Requirement #2: Hands-on training on 2–3 ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM (CMDB/Discovery), ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, CSM, IRM, and CAM.
• Requirement #3: Certified ServiceNow Authorized Product Trainer
• Requirement #4: Expertise in designing and delivering effective training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Requirement #5: Proficiency in creating and managing content within ServiceNow's knowledge base
• Requirement #6: Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting
