Role Summary:

We seek talented ServiceNow Developers to join our team, with strong implementation, administration, and support skills in the ServiceNow platform. This role will collaborate closely with clients and internal technology project teams to achieve outcomes within Agile Methodology.

You will deliver successful outcomes for our customers, ideally with technical expertise and a passion for understanding the ServiceNow platform. You will be proactive and pragmatic, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience implementing ITSM tools, including Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas
  • Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, GRC, HRSD
  • Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes
  • Practical experience in creating or modifying relevant ITSM toolset components
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMS (Content Management System)
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other company applications
  • Experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Perl, and UNIX shell scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience across ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing environment
  • Experience in presenting to audiences on technical aspects of the platform and specific domains
  • Presentation of business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
  • Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, including creating process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying Continual Service Improvement processes and identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management
  • Certified implementation consultant across ITSM and ITBM, with at least one other implementation certificate
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases, with the ability to articulate release updates and impacts on customers
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration experience
  • Providing platform insight and forward-thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future ServiceNow roadmap
