Job Title: ServiceNow Module Trainer About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs across various ServiceNow modules.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in accelerating platform adoption and capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective training for technical and non-technical audiences
• Create and manage content within ServiceNow's knowledge base
• Deliver hands-on training on 2–3 ServiceNow modules
• Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Certified ServiceNow Authorized Product Trainer
