Job Description

Join an elite team dedicated to reimagining ServiceNow in a dynamic cruise environment with significant real-world impact on ships, shoreside operations, and safety. We're developing an innovative ServiceNow implementation that will revolutionize the travel industry. Due to specific legal and contractual requirements, this role will be direct employment with CAI and does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances running in a Linux environment.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety.
  • Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development.
  • Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues effectively.
  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to create clean, documented workflows.
  • Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Basic development understanding and familiarity with APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • SQL / MySQL / MariaDB knowledge.
  • Experience with on-premise ServiceNow instances.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other local, state, and federal standards.
  • This is a sedentary role involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional movement around the office.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

The pay range for this position is $40.00-$44.00 per hour (USD). The exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
