Your role Are you passionate about asset inventory management? Do you want to do contribution to the development and evolution of the strategic CDMB? Are you motivated to work in a complex, global environment where ideas are valued, and effort is appreciated? We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and help us to:
- conduct information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- determine required solutions and assisting in implementations and document "as is" and "to be" processes and business requirements documents
- support project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management and recommend improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
- specify working products along defined principles, guidelines and modeling processes using the ap-propriate tools
- elicit, analyze, negotiate, validate and communicate requirements
- embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
Your team You will join the Newton Pod, Technology Inventories crew in Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Ser-vices alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for the global bank.
The Newton pod is made up of 21 individuals that is responsible for the ongoing support and roadmap delivery for the strategic CMDB and is a significant component in the Bank’s ServiceNow journey. Your expertise
- ideally, 5+ years minimum experience related to projects and change Programs
- proven ability to work on multiple products and/or processes of low to medium complexity, in parallel
- have an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow configuration and development features and be able to leverage this knowledge when liaising with stakeholders
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills
- have experience of working within an agile team, be familiar with the Scrum methodology and have working knowledge of GitLab
- have the ability to propose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team members
- have excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail
- should be certified ServiceNow Admin and have collaboration skills to work efficiently in a dynamic global team
