Job Title: Solution Designer

Description: A forward-thinking Solution Designer is required to drive the implementation of ServiceNow services and capabilities. Collaborating with customers, you will develop a tailored approach to meet their evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an agile-based work plan to execute development activities efficiently.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
• Ensure all work products align with customer requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
• Certification in one or more mainline certifications, such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, or CIS – Hardware Asset Management.
