ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to design scalable and efficient solutions across various modules.

• Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
• Leverage expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture that aligns with enterprise strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture and Integration, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and admins on best practices.
• Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations to recommend adoption.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design.
• Manage complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Oversee upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of customizations and integrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module - ITSM or ITOM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow.
