Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions and drive software configuration across various areas.
• Design and develop application modules, workflows, and catalog requests to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow-based applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, Java, JavaScript, ITIL, and Servicenow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Advanced understanding of ITIL and Configuration Management Best Practices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools, servers, and databases.
