Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

Job Role: ServiceNow Developer ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to fill this position. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site and the remaining time worked remotely. The initial contract duration will be up to 12/31/24, with potential for extension.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation experience within the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
• Proficiency in client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Ability to create and manage workflows using Flow designer and Workflow Editor.
• Extensive knowledge of the Advanced Work Assignment module.
• Proficiency in Service Portal architecture.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs.
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, CMS, CSS and HTML.
