ServiceNow Solution Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in ServiceNow solution architecture to lead complex implementations and drive client success. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver holistic, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical workshops, developing implementation roadmaps, collaborating with enterprise stakeholders, architecting solutions across multiple modules, participating in pre-sales activities, guiding delivery teams, mentoring developers and architects, maintaining awareness of emerging capabilities, and supporting knowledge-sharing efforts.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
• High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.
