Senior ServiceNow Software Developer Opportunity

This is a remote position that requires the candidate to work east coast core hours and be local to the Washington, DC area. Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintenance and service improvement of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, CSM modules are key components of this role.
• The successful candidate will lead development review process, provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level staff, while ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements will also be an essential part of the job.
• Supporting the development of use cases and testing procedures will be crucial in driving project success. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments with a focus on ServiceNow tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with organizational change management and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, using Flow Designer, and ensuring all security policies and practices are adhered to. Benefits:
• A competitive compensation package with salary range between $104,650.00 - $189,175.00 per year.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, along with at least 6 years of experience with design, development, and support. Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification or equivalent.
• Project management experience.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
