Job Description
As a ServiceNow FSM Developer, you will design, configure, and script the technical solution to ensure a successful deployment. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and complete the development of the agreed upon solution. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical/Functional Skills: Solid understanding of creating Business Rules, ACL's, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
- Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, including standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators.
- Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification. Benefits
- 10+ Years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing complex FSM projects.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred. Others
Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration. Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine. Understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.
