ServiceNow FSM Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow FSM Developer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Platform Developer, you will design, configure, and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow FSM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and script technical solutions on the ServiceNow FSM platform
• Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements
• Develop complex FSM projects using Agile development environment
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
• Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
