ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust applications that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Your primary focus will be on: Key Responsibilities

• Designing, coding, and troubleshooting applications on the ServiceNow platform using languages like JavaScript, Jelly, and HTML
• Integrating ServiceNow with other programs and third-party systems via APIs
• Analyzing system performance and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal functionality
• Creating user manuals and providing training to ensure that users can effectively utilize the platform Required Skills and Qualifications
• HS Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management Process, Design and Administration (may include the 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer)
• 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 3+ years of experience with HTML and JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience with the key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required Benefits
