ServiceNow Platform Developer About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of ServiceNow system, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and assisting with technical implementation of the tool.
  • Implementing ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
  • Implementing and supporting ITOM and ITAM applications, including discovery, asset management, service mapping patterns, and event management.
  • Monitoring systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption, conducting risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
  • Supporting relational databases such as MariaDB, including installation, optimization, indexing, and coding.
  • Configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development, Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.
  • Developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the CSI Lead to evaluate impacts of recommended initiatives and projects and driving delivery of advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions that meet customer use cases.
  • Delivering best practices for the Enterprise, including ITIL, Agile, PMBOK frameworks for delivering IT Services.
  • Maintaining customer relationships in support of lifecycle replacement of IT hardware for the entire IT Enterprise.
  • Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
  • Configuring application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access control.
  • Modifying and/or customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, Service Catalog while applying best practices.
  • Providing support to end users and stakeholders on SPM functionalities and best practices.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
