Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional to implement and enhance core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

  • Implement and optimize workflows in alignment with business requirements.
  • Configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
