Lead technical development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules. Provide technical direction and assistance to the development team. ">
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures that address technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, operational optimizations, architecture diagrams, and beyond User Story requirements.
- Support prototype development and lead technical reviews and discussions.
- Mentor ServiceNow Developers.
Requirements: Essential Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. Strong technical leadership skills and initiative. Excellent communication skills; experience with US Federal Government is preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Willingness to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days a week. Desired Skills
ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS certifications (Customer Service Management, ITSM, Discovery, etc.). Web development experience: HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java. Experience with scripting, REST/SOAP protocols, Business Rules, Workflows, External Portals, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory. What We Offer
