We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. ">

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the information technology sector is essential. 3+ years working with ServiceNow and configuration experience are also required.
• We have a strong preference for candidates with experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Medical Device, or similar fields.
• Candidates should be able to create workflows and forms in ServiceNow, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to effectively work at all levels within an organization.
• Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow is necessary. Creating communication plans, readiness assessments, and risk assessments for management is also expected.
• Troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow, along with working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules, are key responsibilities. "] ,
