ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Job Description
This role involves managing the lifecycle of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development. As a key member of our team, you will deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Platform administration, configuration, and custom development
- Supporting and enhancing modules such as Security Operations, Incident Response Center (IRC), ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal/Employee Center
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
- Ensuring maintainability, performance, and compliance across the platform
- Working collaboratively and communicating effectively as part of a remote team
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience or additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience as an Admin/Developer
- Active ServiceNow CSA or higher
- Experience with Security Operations, ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal
- Strong development skills: GLIDE, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, APIs, ACLs, etc.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Washington release code or higher
- REST/SOAP integrations
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL
- CMDB Service Mapping & ServiceNow Upgrades
- ITIL v3 or higher certification
- Strong documentation and testing practices
- Agile, remote team structure support
