Develop and Implement IT Operations Management Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer, Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT operations management solutions using best practices for implementing Service Portal, Catalog, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and App Engine modules - Discovery, Service Mapping, and event management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with ServiceNow platform, including server- and client-side scripting, Glide API, Web Services, AngularJS, ServiceNow Studio, Bootstrap CSS, Jelly Scripts, etc. You will also have extensive process knowledge and working experience as a lead implementer for ITOM, Service Portal, Catalog, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and App Engine solutions, with an added focus on integrating Copilot into workflows.

You will work closely with our IT Program Manager, IT Infrastructure team, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Additionally, you will leverage your experience and subject matter expertise to implement Core suite of ITOM, Service Portal, Catalog, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, App Engine applications Discovery and Service Mapping.

As a Senior Developer, you will mentor other developers and peer review code to ensure team development follows ServiceNow and Copilot best practices. You will also work on Continuous Service Improvement by performing periodic technical and functional assessments of solutions, implementing Copilot-enabled enhancements where applicable.
