Advanced ServiceNow IT Specialist

As a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software development projects with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on programming experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM applications, API development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS, and proficiency in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methodologies.

This position requires expertise in:

• Supporting the configuration and implementation of modules supporting ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities.
• Designing and creating reporting inclusive of Platform and Performance Analytics, Process Mining, and KRIs, KPIs, and Control Metrics.
• Developing interactive dashboards, widgets, workspaces.
• Creating and maintaining forms, reports, views, workflows, business rules, scripts, ACLs, groups, and roles.
• Configuring tool integrations with ServiceNow (Netcool, Kafka, etc.). Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and design software development projects with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Implement and configure modules supporting ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities.
• Design and create reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and widgets.
• Configure tool integrations with ServiceNow. Requirements
• 7+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM applications.
• Proficiency in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methodologies.
• Experience with complex and global projects. Desired Qualifications
• ITIL Foundations certified or higher.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field.
