Expert ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable software applications across various ServiceNow products and modules.
• Create custom applications and scripted REST APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective, user-centered solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools for seamless interoperability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and peers.
• Ensure deployed solutions maintain high performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date on platform capabilities, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the engineering community.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep platform knowledge.
• Strong expertise in custom application development, scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITSM best practices.
• Experience managing code releases and deployments using scoped applications and automated pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Awareness of AWS engineering practices and ability to work alongside cloud-native teams.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or integration tasks is a strong plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
