Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, support and maintain the ServiceNow implementation.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes.

Primary Tasks:

• Support standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM and TSOM modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Develop and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 14 days.
• At least 6 years of experience in technology infrastructure design, development and support.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
