ITSM ServiceNow Manager

We are currently seeking a seasoned ITSM ServiceNow Manager to join our consulting practice. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for formulating and defining specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM and ServiceNow, with experience managing large enterprise systems in complex matrixed organizations. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
  • Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and make recommendations for problem resolution
  • Implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the environment to ServiceNow for SecDevOps
  • Transform business needs from the customer to tangible items within ServiceNow

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems in complex matrixed organizations
  • At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with an extensive focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum eight years equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred
  • Experience leading various size team in the delivery of agile-based projects
  • Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform
