Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Architect. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for our ServiceNow practice area and contribute to the growth, effectiveness, and profitability of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including hands-on experience with various versions of the platform. You will work closely with our team leads to develop resource plans, interview and hire qualified administrators and developers, and provide input to technical resources sourcing strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our ServiceNow engagements are delivered with the highest quality, on time, and on budget. You will also work with other members of the management team to understand project and business priorities and schedule work with development staff based on those priorities.
