ServiceNow Systems Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the development, test, and production ServiceNow environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades and assist with the technical implementation of the tool.
• Work with the Cloud team to implement ServiceNow system solutions and integrations with other systems within a classified environment.
• Assist with implementation and support of ITOM and ITAM applications including discovery, asset management, service mapping patterns, and event management.
• Monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption and conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
• Work with DBAs in support of MariaDB to include installation, optimization, indexing and coding.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development along with Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration, as well as strong administrative and development skills with hands-on experience in coding and scripting. Requirements:

• ServiceNow Admin Certification and Sec+ is required; ITIL4 certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts, including integrations into CMDB.
• Experience installing and configuring MID Servers with Linux, creating custom SNMP Patterns, Data Policy, etc.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and portfolio management, as well as Linux admin functions and Maria DB. Benefits:
