Certified ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) Consultant
Location: California (Remote)
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes.
- Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
