Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our team. About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its smooth operation and performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, roles, and access controls, as well as maintaining the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform.
Additionally, they will support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management, and assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services. Key Responsibilities
Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.
Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
Assist with technical tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as providing technical guidance to colleagues. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, and HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Knowledge of database concepts and security principles.
- Experience with integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs. Bonus Points
ITIL certification and experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules would be highly beneficial.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS would also be advantageous.
