Global ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations, with at least 5-6 years of experience in custom development and configuration. They should also possess a deep understanding of ITIL principles and working knowledge of integrations and migrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and configure bespoke ServiceNow applications for new and existing clients.
• Design and implement functional data such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and configure script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Establish seamless interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms, aligning with integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.
• Conduct thorough system and integration testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Recommend best practices and administration settings to optimize ServiceNow performance.
• Document developments, unit test cases, and implementation plans for future reference.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, valuing diversity and inclusivity.
