Job Overview ServiceNow Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients improve their service experiences.
This is a collaborative, agile, and diverse team environment where you will be working on complex, highly capable technologies including ServiceNow.
- Run project kick-off meetings, conduct design workshops, gather requirements, write test scripts, perform demos, and participate in sprint planning.
- Maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications through our world-class training programs.
Key Responsibilities Required Skills and Qualifications
- Self-motivation with a proven track record of delivering solutions to challenging business problems.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration/development or functional experience for complex, highly capable technologies - inclusive of ServiceNow.
- Organized and analytical skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).
- Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Benefits
