Job Description
The ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet the needs of clients. The consultant will have expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management, advanced proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration, and experience with mid-server maintenance, scoped applications, update-set promotion, API integrations, platform version upgrades, scheduled jobs and data imports, single sign-on, custom tables, catalog item creation and modification, workflow editor and designer. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Provide training and support to clients on ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements
- 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Advanced proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration Desirable Skills
- Experience with configuration versus customization
- Understanding of CMDB/CSDM
- Knowledge of HAM and SAM
