Responsibilities

  • Provide overall ITSM support.
  • Upgrade and maintain the existing ServiceNow platform.
  • Support incident, problem, change, asset, request, and other modules such as HRSD, FSM, CSM.
  • Support the mobile agent.
  • Develop and support custom integrations, such as MECM, Lawson.
  • Deploy new ServiceNow modules.
  • Maintain data accuracy.
  • Provide end-user support and guidance.
  • Provide technical guidance for new projects and workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance for process improvement.
  • Diagnose complex issues and troubleshoot code.
  • Translate business problems into software and technical requirements.
  • Work within Agile development methodologies
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features
  • Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
  • Experience deploying and supporting ServiceNow Discovery
  • CMDB experience (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the medical industry is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant job experience.
