Responsibilities
- Provide overall ITSM support.
- Upgrade and maintain the existing ServiceNow platform.
- Support incident, problem, change, asset, request, and other modules such as HRSD, FSM, CSM.
- Support the mobile agent.
- Develop and support custom integrations, such as MECM, Lawson.
- Deploy new ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain data accuracy.
- Provide end-user support and guidance.
- Provide technical guidance for new projects and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance for process improvement.
- Diagnose complex issues and troubleshoot code.
- Translate business problems into software and technical requirements.
- Work within Agile development methodologies
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code reviews
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
- Experience deploying and supporting ServiceNow Discovery
- CMDB experience (preferred).
- ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred).
- Previous experience in the medical industry is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant job experience.
