Senior ServiceNow Developer Position

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have adaptability, technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a remote position with core work hours on the east coast, but candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• At least 6 years of experience with design, development, and support
• At least 4 years of experience leading software development projects
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development across multiple modules, particularly HAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM Responsibilities:
• Technical Lead: Exhibiting exceptional customer service and teamwork
• Effectively conveying key ideas and gathering actionable feedback
• Identifying risks and challenges, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Leading development review process and providing technical guidance
• Supporting use cases and testing procedures Development:
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments
• Designing, configuring, and implementing environments for applications
• Designing and developing automation workflows
• Collaborating with teams on software design and development

The salary range for this job level is $104,650.00 - $189,175.00 per year.
