We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement and maintain our ServiceNow instance. This key member of our IT Operations and Management team will be responsible for service portals, knowledge bases, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Agent Workspace, API implementation, CMDB/Discovery and sprint planning. • Design and implement scalable automated solutions
