ServiceNow Platform Lead

Job Title: IT Service Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve formulating and defining specifications, providing coding standards, leading teams, evaluating platform performance, and implementing modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions to meet business needs and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile-based projects.
• Evaluate platform performance and make recommendations for problem resolution.
• Implement new features and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience managing large enterprise systems in complex organizations.
• At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in the delivery of agile-based projects.
• Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
