Software Developer for Enterprise Service Management

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support our mission-critical functions by developing and maintaining our Enterprise Service Management system.

This individual will work closely with our team to design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge. Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements
• Evaluate existing systems and propose recommendations for improvement
• Communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions and provide guidance Requirements
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM toolset and integrations Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Implementation Specialist - ITSM About Our Company
