IT ServiceNow Architecture Specialist

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Develop and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Create and configure Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Integrate tools with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
• Coordinate and support application upgrades.
• Assist with business process flows design and cataloging.
• Collaborate with other team members to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Perform tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Support business process re-engineering activities.
• Identify trends and patterns in customer data.
• Interact with customers to address technical considerations.
• Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Orchestrate and automate tasks.
• Responsible for ServiceNow Applications and integration design and build.
• Provide strong development and project management skills.
• Follow documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Review and apply UI/UX requirements.
• Utilize programming methodologies and languages.
• Support data migration as needed.
• Implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies.
• Integrate data into a unified CMDB.
• Mentor junior developers.
