We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, CSM. As a technical leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior and mid-level staff, providing technical guidance and support, and leading development review processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and capabilities, as well as experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments. Familiarity with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS is also required. In addition, you should have experience with design, configuration, and implementation of environments for applications, release management procedures, and production support.

Responsibilities:

- Development: Designs, configures, and implements environments for applications, engineers suitable release management procedures, and provides production support.
What Sets You Apart:
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
- Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire date.
