Contract Role - Hybrid in Merrimack, NH (must be within 30-min drive; hybrid)

Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator for the Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team. You’ll enhance and support the internal case management tool, collaborate with business and technology teams, and work in an Agile environment to deliver improvements, resolve issues, and provide ongoing platform support.

Required Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow: 5+ years configuration experience or 2+ years development experience.
• Coding: JavaScript (required), Python (preferred).
• Business/Systems Analysis: 2+ years on ServiceNow platform.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and refinement.
• End-to-end test planning & execution.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Agile environment experience.

Preferred

• Human Resources or HR platform experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
