High-Profile Platform Architect Role

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer, Vice President

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting various ServiceNow capabilities, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain support for multiple products within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and other departments to implement and enhance capabilities.
• Design, configure, test, and support runbooks for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes and procedures.
• Implement and support dashboards and reports.
• Analyze existing security processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement.
• 4+ years of functional and technical experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics capabilities.
• 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.
• Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration).
• In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process.
